Just beat the game... Wow!
That is the gayest ending of almost any game I have ever played. Seriously??!? No boss fight??? You fight like 12 armored mutants, 3 at a time, and then a BORING 30 sec video?!?!?
I never even whipped out the BFG cuz I thought there was some real end-game ♥♥♥♥ coming. I beat the game with my shotgun. Id can lick my balls. They should just stick to keeping the Id engine up-to-date, and stop trying to make games. |

Well ending was like ME3 ending... I mean WTF?!?
+ no dlc or expansions so... also considering Id Software developing times.. a sequel to Rage 2 should come after Duke Nukem Forever 2 hahaha. |

100% agreed. Game gets a good pace going then come to realize that was one of the shortest games I've ever played and such a lame ending.

Do what I did, go back to Bash TV rerun with the BFG and take out some frustration on the mutants. Splatter fest! True though, that ending was a joke. An epic boss ending could have gone a long way to revive the short comings of this game.

I feel as though if they would have had a huge boss fight at the end, we would have had complaints that would have been something to the extent of, "oh gee id...big surprise...a huge boss fight at the end of your game".
That's just a guess of course. I'm more disappointed with the lack of closure at the end of the game. It was like we ate a huge satisfying meal, but we are still waiting to go to the bathroom. |

Atleast it leaves the doors open for a sequel or maybe even a book? I noticed some books are being inspired by games.

I would much rather them have made a fun ending to the game.

Glad I waited and bought this for $20 a couple of weeks ago. I would have been upset if I spent $60 on RAGE w/ how short it is and the way it ends. It's too bad, this game has such great potential, but instead it turned out to be another CoD: Black Ops.
