Screen Flickering

I have newly installed the game and registered it with Steam. When starting the game in any option, the screen flickers and it is impossible to play the game.
Has anybody had the same problem?
What could it be?
I try to play on a HP Compaq 6710b, Intel core Duo T8300 @2.4GHz.
Graphics: Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family.

I'm afraid you need more video card than what you have, my friend.
