G940 Stick/Throttle/Pedals setup

Need all the help I can get setting up my G940 with ToH.........
Went in to options and assigned the axes to the controls I want but the collective is slow to respond, if it responds at all to the control inputs.........

Also, most of the time even with full throttle and full up collective I still can't get the helo to left off. As soon as the collective comes up, blade RPM drop.........?

And even through my Track-Ir is assigned, its not working in game..........

So if anybody could point me in the right direction for getting the right control setup, it would very helpfully.

Sounds like a calibration issue. If there is software that comes with your controllers use it to calibrate the axis.

Or click "Start" and type in "joy.cpl" w/o quotes into the search box and hit "enter". That will open the MS game controller control panel that MS is hiding in Win7. Otherwise the Game Controller panel is under Start->Games->Tools->Input Devices. Here you can see how Windows is detecting the device, and possibly calibrate it. Windows may require you to use the manufacturer software to calibrate which you should be able to get online. You can also click on the "Advanced" button and check to see which is the preferred device, but I don't think TOH looks at that.

The game has recognized every device by name that I have plugged in. Which is new compared to previous BIS titles. They did a good job on this. Just wish I had Win7 software for my old pedals to change the axis so the rudder would function properly. The old Win98 software allowed changing the rudder axis to 2 separate axis or 1, but doesn't work in WinXP or 7. The game wants one axis for the pedals, otherwise you have to fly with one foot pressed halfway to center the axis.
