unlock hard without completing normal?

Hi, I already completed this game but have had to re-install, now it wants me to play through again before it unlocks everything.

Is there a way to unlock everything? All the cheats I find seem to be for the non-steam version. The Steam one won't let you modify its config files.

Hm I've found some old save files I backed up from the "My Documents/EA Games/Mirror's Edge" folder, but when I replace them they seem to have no effect...
