Constant Crashes

Bought the Witcher Enhance Edition, maybe a week ago, and Installed it. I notice the first few Image where quite laggy so I down grade the graphic a bit but 15 min it crash. Few more attempt at the game prove that it is a recurrent problem

Bought my tower a few years ago but should still be able to play the game here are my spec

Operating system: Windows 7 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 8190MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series
