VAC ban for nude skins and mods ?

i recently dowloaded mafia II, and i found its nude mods and skins on internet , since i never used any before , i m not sure whether m gonna VAC ban or not.

Mafia II is not Valve Anti-Cheat secured, you can download whatever mods you want.

You won't get VAC banned because it's a single player game.

Probably on PC (Windows/Mac) and PS3 since Steam can run on both platforms.

Considering valve does nothing about nudity in avatars i somehow doubt it. Then again who complains about that.

Wrong, there is no Steam on PS3, part of Steamworks has been ported, but Steam itself never was and never will be on PS3.

VAC ban applies only on games that use it and only multiplayer games, not single. Mafia 2 does not use VAC.
