Private Detective achievement

So I finished the game on Hard, got a star in every level and managed to free the first 3 childrens, but for some reason I am unable to access the last "secret levels" for the fourth children, when I shoot the ball over the symbol the door doesn't open. Am I missing something?

edit: forgot to add that when I press esc in the menu I can see the 4 colored slices, the first 3 are complete and lit while the fourth only has like 1/5 of it, Im assuming thats the reason the fourth door doesnt open but Im not sure why

Did you completely rebuilt the village? I got the last rune and the access to the last girl only after I rebuilt it completely.

I did rebuild everything but apparently there was still a guy on the streets asking for a donation, and that was the missing piece for the rune. Thanks!
