EA account with steam

Im posting this here because i doubt i will get much help on the spore section..

But yeah, I bought spore on steam ages ago and registered it to my old origin account, I now have a new origin account which has my other ea games registered and my xbox etc...

I contacted EA about them re registering my spore to my current account, obviously i got horrible service for like 2 days, claiming i cant... finally someone said on a one time occasion that they have unregistered spore on my old account and put it to my new account... I checked and yeah I have a new copy of spore on my origin...

however they are different serial keys..

If I sign a spore account up to my new version will I be able to log on through the spore I have on steam?
