Version Loading Error?

Hello, it's RK-9, a quite new person in the forum. Every time I try to play the game, it starts with "Initializing" and then about 2-3 seconds later it says "Version Loading Error, Retrying". I've tried everything from updating Flash to reinstalling the game, but nothing will work! Can someone please help me? Thank you.
