Posthumous means after death. So, I take that it counts people that you killed while you were dead.

Edit: Ninjas, on the other hand, means ASHDIOFSAHFSOUIDHSOIDHJSD

Record kills after you die like afterburn, grenades, etc.

Seems like not many players want this strange part, I myself having trouble selling it. :/

How much are you trying to sell it for? When a new item is not as in demand as it is short in supply, you have to reduce the price to compensate.

Yeah, it doesn't feel like an accomplishment to kill someone after you die.
