They should have given that map a more prominent spot, so that it could truly be observed in the trailer. That would have been great, and funny to everyone who already has played the single payer campaign.

none of my maps in the trailer

probably because all "thumbnails" that were from my map were shot at strange/different angles instead of all those 45 degree angles you see in the trailer

Yeah, I agree. I only barely saw it in the actual trailer.
