Checking for DLC content problem

When I try to launch Noire it works normally but when there appers checking for downloadable content text it takes forever. I can use shift + tab normally. Everything is normal but it just checks for dlc content. What should I do?

Yeah it sometimes takes a good while for me as well.

Ridiculous you can't turn that "feature" off.
