I have been playing F:NV for the past 6-7 months and a few weeks ago it gave me this message. I tried to load the game again today and it still gives me the same message. Why would the game not be avaliable to the person who bought it? Has anyone else had this problem lately? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if it changes the message and it doesn't. I check the file integrity and it was fine according to Steam, so I'm a little confused. I don't use MODs or anything like that so I know it isn't that...

Try exiting Steam, renaming or deleting your ClientRegistry.blob file and restarting Steam. I checked this thread and it fixed the problem for some people. I do use mods and I've had no problem running the game.

I get this message all the time for what seems like every single game I own. Usually restarting Steam fixes it for me, but after Steam runs for a long time I start getting it again. A lot of times I just keep re-trying to run a game and it will launch after like 5-15 times of trying.
