NVidia cards fix
To lauch the game follow 4 steps:
1)Download NVidia Inspector 2)Go to Driver Profile Settings 3)"Common" section 4)Set Extension limit to 0x00004844 |

None of the other solutions worked but this did on a Windows7 64 with a GTS 450 card. Thank you.

Here's my settings. I had to click on "Show unknown settings" at the top to see Extension in common

This fixes the startup crash for Windows Vista 64 too.
Does anyone know of a way to cap fps at 30 with Nvidia Inspector? My system should run it fine but vsync has game capped to 75. My monitor is 60 and changing the refresh rate in video options has no effect. I also have huge frame drops but none really lower than 30. My specs: Amd Athlon 64 X2 5200+ 2.7Ghz 4GB Ram Nvidia Geforce 9600 GT 512 MB |
