Please add mouse scrolling!

I don't know what that feature is exactly called, but what I mean is, when you hold LMB/RMB down and move your mouse, you scroll around instead of moving the mouse... Or is there a feature for this? I checked options but there was none.

Rather than touching the edges with the pointer or using arrow keys and such, I always used this feature. I got very, VERY used to this feature in games like these, but this game doesn't have the feature I mention, as far as I can see.
