Cannot do anything at all....

Well basically when i load or start a new game everything seems fine until i get to the game itself and i find that can't move, can't pause or basically do anything at all.

Before this happened i had the problem of many people who had ZoneAlarm a program that i DO NOT have installed. I found that restarting steam solved it, Then i had a BSOD from a faulty driver which i think caused the game to bug out on me. I tried Reinstalling it but i had to verify the Cache more than 3 times to get it to even start back up and now I have the problem stated above.

Edit: Moddable version works though...
