Any luck on the Kunai regenerating hp bug?

I've been trying to find out what makes it tick forever, I think it may have something to do with Jarate...

I've been using the kunai forever and I still can't figure out why I randomly just gain 10 hp/s, part of me thinks it's just luck.

Oh and they fixed the kunai overheal bug if you want to write that in on the main post.

Nah it has nothing to do with water or drowning. I do however think it has something to do with your hp constantly fluctuating around.

Not sure if this has been added here or not, but apparently the Black Box and Widowmaker On-Hit effects apply to Disguised Spies...a true bug as Disguises aren't supposed to allow on-hit effects like that.

Black Box doesn't, Widowmaker does. L'Et does as well. I've been meaning to make a list of the weapons that do and don't.

As far as the future of this thread, see this video.

After a Kunai and overhealed (even under 90hp) healthpacks don't put out fire for me.
I thought that was a bug they fixed or are they just going fullbore making it the hardmode knife?

For me applying on-hit effects to disguise is bug. While disguised Spy gets hit by jarate,he should be covered in it, but disguise should not copy that status. Same applies to fire and bleeding.

Cloak negates disguise, so on-hit effects are visible on cloaked Spy, if he disguised or not.

2C and I did this test a while ago, it turns out if you're uncloaked, then it only takes out 20% (Or whatever the percent is). If you're cloaked, then it takes out 20% for every particle that hits you.

That...defeats the Pyro's entire purpose as the premier spychecker. A role he's had since 2007. Not to mention the general uproar and butthurt that would ensue. (Is it butthurt if it's valid?)

(I realize this post is a month old but still.)
