CD key on EA websites

Hi,
I bought on Steam platform sims3 plus World Adventures, Ambitions and Pets expansion.

I'm tryibg to register on EA forum to get access to exchange platform in order to download customized stuff from EA and all of my CD codes results invalid or already used....

How can I get access to my codes?

Unfortunately you are going to have to request support from EA to solve this issue. There's nothing anyone at Steam or the forums can do for you.

Unfortunately I cannot post any message on EA forums because I don't have a valid CD key!!

It seems like Steam sells the same CD key multiple times???

Is it a fraud?

I want my CD codes

hmm, did u try EA support?

they suck when it comes to sims 3 support, but should be able to help with the cd keys and steam problem... specially if you even if you show picture (of it on your steam)

if they point the blame at steam, print screen it,, email steam ....

i have the same problem, i cant play my sims 3 in steam because the key its invalid
