Antigua Waterfall Password

I kinda finished everything on Antigua, I read here that the main quest eventually takes you there but i filled the ships and ready to go to thieves coast thingie... did I miss something or I'll just have to come back?

I hate a clogged quest log..

It's part of the Main story quest, you will get back to it.
