Please Valve, why not release the linux binaries for this? A lot of people run dedicated servers on Linux.

Wow, really? Clearly I wasn't talking about THIS GAME as it doesn't even have a Linux server yet, which is what this whole thread is about.

Obviously you just read the last line of what I said and then responded as if you were responding to my whole post.

It was a mention to the lack of support of their other Linux Dedicated servers such as CSS (which I paid for), L4D (which I paid for), L4D2 (which I paid for)... shall I continue?

And before you say it, sure the dedicated server itself is free but it is very likely that I'd be running it only if I had supported them by buying the actual game.
