How come people say the Syringe gun wasn't overpowered?

It was obviously overpowered and could easily spawn camp and wipe out entire groups of people, I think it deserved the nerf, if not nerfed more. Why do some people say it was balanced?

Because they're extremely easy to avoid and syringes are some of the most valuable things you have as Medic.

Here, a handy guide for people new to fighting against Medic.

Works especially well against those Medics who have no uber.

Also, don't play 2fort either.

I still believe Syringe gun is freaking overpowered, it should get atleast 20% of damage nerf.

Also, lower the uber time by 2-3 seconds.

Anyway yeah, syringe gun is sooooooooooo op. Needs massive nerf. Enforcer also needs a buff as Spy is a weak class.

I might agree with enforcer part, but not about the spy itself.
