Not sure how EA feels about Shank 2, since it was free for PlayStation Plus a month or two ago. But then, PS+ gets some titles at release, so *shrugs*

Seeing this made me wonder why I have Shank in my game list but never installed. Then I pulled up the store page and say all the EA crap I would have to go through. I doubt I will ever install that game.

Feel free to elaborate what 'EA crap' you have to go through. As you can just play the single player without issue, and local coop works fine as well. You don't need Origin if you're really that terrified of it all.

Granted it is much smaller than newer EA games, but it still says I have to agree to a bunch of additional stuff and jump through more hoops from EA.

It is fairly traditional for software companies to expect you to accept their licence agreement...

Is it? Well, it's pretty quick and painless anyway, i didn't have to install any software or anything, just the usual account creation form that you do for any other forum/website/whatever.
