why am i not getting any drops

i see people every day get drops all the time but i aint gettiing one . i have been playing every day yet nothing i mostly on acheivment idle4life map cause i like that map n i good at sniper on that map i can be idle all day yet not get one thing so why am i not getting anything but others are
