RW Issues

When I try to load WMCL North, it says something bad happend in the program.

It does it in a lot of scenarios!
I also installed the free download of the P42DC in NEC from G-Trax, but it won't show as one of the scenarios. I added the southern pacific daylight passenger cars, and they won't show up in the edit mode. I use Windows 7 Home Premium. Why are all of these problems happening?
