Talcon Join Date: Nov 2009 Reputation: 192 Posts: 1,638	How to convert animated gif into animated vtf? I have an animated gif that I want to make into a spray in Team Fortress 2, but it needs to stay animated. Source engine doesn't allow gifs as sprays. How would I go about doing this?
