Badge: Fixated

Hello guys, I bought this game a couple of days ago and liked it quite much.

I've already finished just about everything except the badge called Fixated.
Could someone explain what you actually have to do to earn points towards completion for that achievement?

I'm pretty sure it involves the hint dialogue, since Strump is the one that gives you hints.

I don't think you actually have to ask him about hints, though, since I definitely didn't ask for 20 hints when I got it. It might either be opening the hint dialogue or choosing the "So..." option enough times (which doesn't actually give you any hints, just flavor text).

But I've done the entire questline and i can't get in touch with him anymore, not even with the Z so how am I going to get that?

To get the badge you could start a new profile and when you get up to Strump, just hassle him a bunch of times =0).

The thing is that i want to complete 1 profile and get 100 %.
So according to you i can't even get 100 % completion due to the fact that i did the questline over the badges?

Achievements don't factor in completion. You don't need this to get 100%.

Hmm, then what am i missing :/

To clarify, % is set for:
- Gaining a quest
- Completing a quest
- Entering a room
- Completing a room (you see commentary on room completion)

So that's either a quest not found or complete, or a room not found or complete.

He means that the reset button will have been replaced with a commentary button.

Right, so I'm at the room in the museum near the entrance where the high security door is and i can use the reset button even though the room is completely cleared out.
Is it a bug or something that keeps me from getting 100 %?

Anyway i found it, I didn't even notice that the other floor in the apartment had two rooms.
But still, I've found 4 rooms which doesn't give me the R-Note options, any clues? I have 100 % complete.

Weird! If you've got 100% complete, you should be able to access all the commentary notes... If it's okay, would you be able to use Steam to screencap the four rooms that don't change to commentary? I'll take a look at them.

I've found five such "no commentary" rooms.

The Mansion Office. Earlier I teleported here using the map to grab the ugly bronze statue, then teleported out immediately.
The Master Bedroom. Same deal as with the Mansion Office, above: teleported in, grabbed ugly statue, teleported out.
In the Museum. Egyptian exhibit, I think. Or the dead cat exhibit. Whatever. Same thing. I know I didn't (and couldn't!) teleport out of here after grabbing any treasure or whatnot.
Restricted Section (the part at the end with the fetchie quest things). Fetchie stuff already fetched, obviously. Don't remember if I teleported out immediately afterwards.
A Fraction Too Much Fiction. One of the rooms you fetch coffee from. Coffee already gone forever, of course. Don't remember teleport blah blah blah.

I have completed everything on my Quest Log and finished the game, got all the badges, but I'm still at 99%. I am not sure what room I might have failed to enter, or failed to complete. It is true, though, that some rooms never switch the 'R' key from (R)eset over to (R)eview Notes.

Oh, and as for the Fixated badge, it seems to be tied to how many times you use the radio. I had completed the game without using many hints, so I basically wandered around pressing the radio button, which didn't give me any dialogue option besides "Over and Out," but after doing this many times, I was rewarded with the Fixated badge.
