PBEM ~ No Light Without Shadow ~ Sign Up

Hi everybody! I'm new around here, but I'm a fan of Shadow Magic. Sadly, though, I have nil multiplayer experience, and hope to change that here.

This would be my first time playing PBEM ever, but it should be pretty easy to dive right into things, especially with the wrapper. I might screw up a bit as a first time host, too, so be aware of that.

Map: No Light Witout Shadow

AoW Ruleset: Upatch 1.4 (please make sure you have this patch). Look in the bottom right corner of the title screen.

Allied victory: Yes

Exploration: Yes

Activity expectation: You should only sign up if you will generally be able to play turns within at most 48 hours from receiving them. If you are unable to play your turn within 48 hours you must post in the relevant topic in advance. Writing turn logs is optional but you should always post a "turn sent" when you have played your turn so we know whose turn it is.

Julia: Elves - Iownsoup[at]gmail[dot]com
Meandor: Undead - mobbink \at/ gmail dot com
Symon: Halflings - jopbem at frontier dot com
Ke-nan: Nomads - hail_skully[at]hotmail[dot]com

The game will start when we have four players signed up. I'll take Nomads unless somene else wants them.

Don't worry, it's good you're starting a new game. I was hoping other people would start doing it too. I've just finished a big game on this map so I'll sit this one out.

But a couple points of advice. It is usually a good idea to not post actual real email addresses on this forum, as spam bots searching through the forum pages can scrape your email address and then send you spam. So, if you look at the other sign ups, you'll see we kind of encode our email address.

So we would probable write your address as hail_skully[at]hotmail[dot]com
It's just a spam avoidance tactic!

Obviously when you come to enter them into the game, you enter the real email address (otherwise it won't work).
