I made a map with custom textures from Minecraft and when I shoot the ground or other places it turns black and doesn't fix itself unless I reconnect to the server.

What shader are you using in teh Vmt. For standard textures it should be LightmappedGeneric.

Why have you added "$translucent" 1 to a solid ground texture.
Remove it and see if that fixes your problem |
