Steam Client wake up drives during start

Hi

Steam client wakeup drives during start (write some date do hardrives)to be sure I have start monitoring using Windows 7 Resources monitor. On attached link you can check that on both runs client use other drives. It may be some kind of bug but is quite annoying because I always have to wait for all drives to wake up before game starts.
