Wrong, he gives personalities to his Mini-Guns and only his Mini-Guns. Everything else are weapons.

I also once gave personality to a garden gnome in Left 4 Dead 2/Half-Life 2 Episode 2, that doesn't mean everything has a personality for me.

Why would a PHD in Russian Literature make one less intelligent at all? It's like calling someone with a PHD in English Literature stupid for dedicating that much time to spending time and money to become an expert on it.
