Newbie help with creating account .

I'm trying to create a new account but whenever I try proceed it keeps getting an error (code=011)saying my password is incorrect. Ive so many different ones but nothing works and the "both sets of passwords must be identical" are ticked so must be right!

Can anyone help please?

Might want to check if your NCsoft account since master and gw are different, if you still cannot figure out possibly change the password

Thanks for your advice. Just created accounts on the ones mentioned at it works perfectly now
