error verifying steam userid ticket on insurgency

ive tried just about everything ive reinstalled the game ive renamed client.registry.blob ive verified the game files i have defragged the game i have restarted my computer and i have no where to go from here and i still get this message plz help me.

Generally, you don't even have to go this far. If you navigate to:

..\Steam\userdata\{yournumber}\config

...you'll find a file called localconfig.vdf. This file contains some configuration data for Steam but also licensing information for some of your games. If you rename this file(make sure Steam is closed) and relaunch Steam it will recreate this file and repopulate it with current licensing info. This generally solves the Ticket ID issue without having to gut Steam completely. You'll have to reset some of your Steam settings but not re-authorize your PC with Steam Guard.

Remember, you'll have to reset some of your Steam settings this way, but so far it's the best option for resolving this error.
