Question Mouse questions

Hello everyone.

So recently about like 1 hour ago i broke my mouse playing Crysis 2 :P

I have a quick question. What is better for gaming, a USB or a wireless mouse? How i know what mouse is better, more accurate and more faster. In simple words, how i know what mouse is better for gaming.

Thanks

It all comes down to personal preference.

I got tired of replacing batteries and went back to using all USB peripherals. No regrets.

Wireless sometimes have issues, like when you move your mouse nothing happens due to crappy wireless connection to your router and whatnot. .. For gaming, I would not recommend wireless. If you are a competitive player you should go with a wired mouse.

Personally I've had absolutely no issues with my old Logitech G5(v2) and I would recommend a G500 any day (which is the newer, better, more awesome mouse in the series).

Use as a reference and you won't go wrong.

Actually... you should always use what you're familiar with for competitive gaming. If you've always had wireless and go to wired, it might throw you off as you try to get used to it... just don't get a $15 wireless mouse and there won't be issues.

Oh yeah... logitech G500 is ing awesome.

I personally would go with a wired mouse, because on most wireless mouses you can get "shadow-lag" which often jaratees me off lol I personally use a

Cyborg R.A.T. 5 Gaming Mouse

Makes you look like a cool kid xD wish i had that price when I got mine, love it though great for snipers :P

edit: lol @ the profanity filter

Go for a WIRED mouse. Logitech, RAT, or Razer.

By the way: is RAT comfortable? I've ever wondered...

I have a razer mamba, great feel and superb precision

I have a Logitec G9x, was quite a nice upgrade from my old $10 mouse.

There are products from most like the Logitech G700, best of both worlds. The option of wired data-over-cable or wireless on the fly.

With modern wireless, the difference is very minimal thanks to very low latencies. Only if you encountered some sort of interference would there be an issue.

The only complaint I have with wired is that it sometimes get hung up on my tower or stuck in the jumbled mess of wires I have behind my desk. But to answer your question get wired.
