Steam community down?

Steam community has been down the whole day for me, including a few of my friends. Steampowered.com however, is loading fine just like all other websites. Every device or computer I use also has the same problem and it has been the case for the past 1-2 days. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hmm, got some troubles here too (Italy), but now everything is fine.

steam has been verrrrrrry slow lately, it takes forever to go to my community page, its so effing annoying. i wait and wait and it says unable to connect to servers. what the hell..

yeah the steam community is very slow lately. don´t know if they are working on the servers, since sometimes the comment system is gone, but it could use a speedup.
