assasins creed Camera trouble

In the assassins tomb there are levers when the are pulled the camera locks up in predetermined angles, this makes the game close to unplayable. IS there any way to remove the restraint, in game or is there a mod, Because it is a crappy function that ruins the game experience

At first the camera lock seems like a huge pain in the ***, but it's there to tell you exactly where to go next. Learn not to fight it, but to co-operate with it and figure out what its telling you.

The trouble is that the keyboard often have trouble aligning. Making you jump to your death

try using different directional keys. Sometimes that's the problem.
