Hope so.

At least it didn't work just starting the game and "load" the profile with that you have all the "Honors" achieved.

So I started a new and hope the Steam Achievement trigger, when I unlock the "Golden Hound"-Honor ingame ...

Ok, confirmed. This latest patch fixed the Achievement.

But you have to earn the "Golden Hound" as ingame Honor again (meaning to complete the game again with a new profile) to unlock it in the Steam community.
