Graphical Glitch with Rayman 2

Just about given up on this, can't seem to find any real fix.

Whenever I load up Rayman 2, regardless of settings, computability mode, or resolution, i get very garbled text and what appears to be glitching textures that appear blurred.

I'm running Windows 7 64bit, Professional, however judging by some other posts here that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Screenies here, here, and here

It looks like a mipmapping issue; like all the textures are being rendered at extremely low resolutions. No idea why that's happening. Have you tried updating your display drivers for your graphics card?

Also, are you using the Nvidia control panel to force any kind of graphical enhancements (anisotropic filtering, anti-aliasing, etc.)? If so, try disabling those and running the game again to see if it works. It's a long-shot though...

Same with me.
Let's try to find the way how can we fix that.

My pc config:
Windows 7 64bit
gtx 580
i7 2700k cpu
8gb ram

1920x1080 resolution

If you're an ATI card user, try turning everything in 3D application settings to default.

So that means, disabling triple buffering, don't force AA and so on.

Hope it helps.

Same problem here.

I have an nVidia GeForce GT 440, and I'm not forcing anything to my knowledge, though I'll check. If anyone knows a solution, would be much appreciated!

I've been trying to find a solution as well for Win7 64-bit, and Ubisoft support just gave me a safe answer that "If Windows 7 is not under supported operating systems, then we cannot provide support." I've heard that the GOG version works fine on Win7, but not much feedback from 64-bit users.

It sucks that Rayman 2, a game that wouldn't run on a modern system to be bundled with a new port like Rayman Origins.
