Good gaming mouse

Hey all

i want a good gaming mouse for BF3 the most.

which is better

1. Razer DeathAdder 3500 DPI
2. Logitech G500

i think the Razer is better /looks better.

and what u think?
help me please.

BTW if somebody can help me with my mouse acceleration (thats the reason that i buy a new mouse)

I hear lots of bad things about Razer drivers, no personal experience. The closest I've come is the n52te, which is a earlier version of the Nostromo (and yes the drivers sucked).

I love my MX518 though, G500 is one of the successors (G400 is the more direct descendant though).

What's wrong with your acceleration?

G500 is the successor to the G5


G400 and Deathadder are more comparable and offer similar options the G500 has weights and onboard memories if you think you need them then buy it if not...

Between Deathadder and G500 i would choose the deathadder but I would choose the G400 over all of them due to price/performance.

When i move left and right in BF3 my screen is like buffering/stuttering. also ik put Raw Mouse imput on.
can u help me ?

and its not a PC lag , if i set everyting on low the same problem come again and i run on ultra

What mouse have you got now?
From what you describe it sounds like your mouse cannot handle the speed at which you move the mouse which causes the stutter effect.
If you can try turning the DPI on the mouse up.

That's funny, sounded more like a CPU/GPU performance issue to me.

When it "stutters" do other game objects/characters continue to move/animate or do they "jump" across the screen? If so, then your looking at the wrong place. You need to look at CPU/GPU issues (hardware, drivers, etc.), Game issues, Or in rare cases OS issues.

It could be a mouse issue though. Do you know the make/model?

Eh, some do some don't.

I actually like being able to customize my mouses weight, but it's not a deal breaker. I tend to prefer a slightly heavier mouse, my current G700 is about right, so the weight feature isn't missed. Mice that are too light just don't feel right to me.

Just from my personal experience.

I actually have used both of those. I switched from the death adder to the G500 because the death adder malfunctioned.

I found the G500 to be much more solid and have a better build quality. TBH I was quite disappointed with the death adder as far as build quality goes. It performs well but it just felt cheap after switching to the G500.

The left clicking arm on the death adder failed for me and I found that the teflon strips to come off quite easily.

idk, many razer products seem to spend too much time on looks rather than quality. I might of just been unlucky because many gamers swear by razer products but I just found the G500 better.

G500 has positive acceleration build in to the sensor. Never buy laser mice with avago-9500 sensor if you want to get rid of mouse acceleration (this includes g9x, xai, sensei too)
