Help wanted -- Strange weapon/parts related

Can anyone hand me a handful of backpack links that have weapons with strange parts attached to them, as well as a few kills on them? I'm trying to find out how the system works, and do my own bit of fun with it ;-).

I've got a strange sticky launcher with a heavies killed (just got that yesterday, has no kills on it) and a buildings destroyed S.P. It's on page 4

i have strange parts applied to the degreaser, loch n load, sticky launcher, and minigun. hope this helps.
