I like some of the variations of the x3 map. Also Orange maps don't give me fps problems as stated above by someone else as well.

It's also poorly designed, though, I guess that depends which variation you're on.

I do remember the first, and last time I played it, we ended up camping Red spawn for almost half an hour straight.

Scouts, SJ Demos with Pain Train are good for quick caps.
Soldiers own the tower.
Pyros reflect kill the tower soldiers and airblast anyone off the roof.
This is the one map where the CnD is useful as there's not a ton of reliable metal around.
Heavy-Medic uber combos are essential for clearing the last point.

Every class is needed and needs to be played with great teamwork to win this map.

That said, most people don't give a plop.

Teamwork on orangex3? Hahahaha surely you jest.
I tolerate it because it often has spots, and it good for screwing around

Out of the 100 cp_orange servers, there's like 1 or 2 that aren't all-crit, low-grav donator-benefit monstrosities. When you find the odd one that isn't, it's all right for S&G's, but gets boring easily.

One time I went on an orange_x3 server and our team had zero snipers. I immediately closed down TF2 and went to splash some water on my face to check for sanity/reality.

I only go ulla-man (sticky-jumper, wee booties, ullapool caber) and go for snipers.

Sometimes I use the eyelander instead of the ullapool. Jump sniper, Take head, jump back to spawn, rinse and repeat.

I don't like it because it is, without a doubt, THE most ugliest and unfinished map in the game.

People probably like it because they're good training maps, not to mention they're usually on 100% crit servers.

I'm hate it is for low level of mapping, DEV TEXTURES and Sniper wars.
