Emphasis on IDEA. The TF2 Spreadsheet is by no means an official trading market log. It's an average of what these items are going by and should only be followed as a guideline, not a strict pricing guide.

Example: Not everyone's going to pay or sell their Villain's Veil for exactly 2.33 refined. Some may ask for more or even less. It's just a guideline.
