I know, it is the stats on this thing which jaratees me off the most.
Sneaking up to a unsuspecting Heavy only for him to turn around and blast you instantly with 432 DPS, which is hilariously broken because it has a nonexistant rev-up is really maddening.
Moreso when they are basking about it.

That one weapon in the invalid section of steamworks that was targeted towards instant killing anyone with a pony related avatar, spray, or name.

fire is sooo TFC, man. get with the times pyros!

yep. scouts with slowdown who can be one-shot by soldiers and demos and lose 80 health from afterburn. pretty sure no one involved is going to like it.

Master Of Disguise
Level 1 Invis Watch
Cloak Type: Damage Filled
-2 sec cloak duration
On Cloak: All on-wearer effects (bleed, Jarate, etc) removed
While cloaked: +10 HP regenerated per second
Move at the speed of any faster disguise target.


it's a real challenge designing a spy loadout worse than dr. enforcicle, but hopefully this is a good start

The Second Opinion
Level 1 Medi Gun
Can heal 2 targets simultaneously.
ÜberCharge grants 30% higher overheal and critical hit resistance.

-25% ÜberCharge rate
Medic is unaffected by ÜberCharge
