Survivor Pack DLC not working...

I bought the survivor pack dlc and it all works for me except the christmas level.. it just crashes the game when I try to play it. I also bought the survivor pack for my friend and he is missing a lot of levels and doesn't have any of the dlc weapons.

Okay, my friends dlc is now working, but the Christmas dlc is still crashing every time I try to play it (in MP and SP). I tried reinstalling the game but that didn't work and I have restarted Steam a lot of times and it won't work. Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try to check the file integrity thingy,in the game's Properties window thingy? because it might just be missing a few files (Portal 2 won't start for me if i miss just 2 files

)
