Nobody can play this on Steam even if they do buy it now. The only people downloading now are those who bought it from other stores.

same here
btw: now the game in the store says "You already own this game" and next to it "Play now" instead of "install now" first.

aswell still only the pre order being shown up in my library.

And there is an option "Play Now"!!!

My net is capped now during on-peak because I do not have access to a premium broadband service in my area. I cannot actually download it now until the morning, hence why I pre-ordered, because I could have had it installed and be going through the trials and story mode now, but as it is, I now have to wait until tomorrow.

Please make me actually want to pre-order with your service.
