Grand Theft Auto IV Error

Well I tryed to play gta iv today and this occured http://i48.tinypic.com/28bwrva.png i just have asiloader first person mod, simple native trainer 6.4 and I just got Better City Textures Mod its been like this for like 5 mintues by the way

Try to verify cache of the game or just wait to finish the update. Sometimes my updates get long time to finish it look like that it is just stuck but its not. Second it is againts the forun rules to bump threats.
