I rename the folder / text document. In the folder with the game?

Or certainly delete DLL?

I have problems with the game ... few things I need to delete /and few rename.

Renaming or deleting files is not VAC bannable.

Note that when you start the game it will most likely fail. If you delete folders or files you should reverify the game cache to ensure the game works.

not that it matters VAC bans for modifying files if it is a VAC enabled game not renaming or deleting.
