2 questions about Medicating Melody:

1. On the wiki it says:
Healing (in combat) 100% 25
Healing (out of combat) 300% 75

Do the "25" and "75" represent health points? If not, then how many health points do teammates receive?

2. Are health points received immediately when the melody is played, like touching a health pack? or gradual like using the medigun? The glow effect surrounding teammates suggest a gradual healing, but just wondering.
