'Seasoned Drivers' Expertise Wanted.

Hi there everyone,

I got this game over the weekend and already I have spent in excess of 20 hours playing it.

I current drive with minimal assists, only using automatic transmission and tire simulation turned off with AI Difficulty on Professional. I am now looking at playing with tire sim on, I was just wondering of any one could give me some decent tips on how to manage my tires throughout the long race weekend.

Any and all advise is appreciated.

Not that it matters too much, but I am playing with an Xbox 360 Wireless Racing wheel until I buy a sim racer cockpit.
