how do you do the tag out ultimates?

ok so i know how to pull of the regular ultimate but how do you during an ultimate tag out to the other character so that they too can ulti?

Down -> down-forward -> forward medium punch + medium kick. It tells you how in the tutorial, in addition to Cross Assault.

Also, quarter circle back mk+mp = the both characters our simultaneously.

2x down mk+mp = pandora.

Obviously, you need 3 bars to do Cross Art or Cross Assault. FOr Pandora, you need to have the tagged-in partner to have his HP less than 25% (it would be flashing red for easy recognition).
