Need your help! Game Trouble!

Hi all. Need your help. I almost finished single campaign, but after I along with Price shoot down the Shepard helicopter and fall down into the water, next chapter do not load, cuz error "Create2DTexture..."
The same problem with creators review.

Try verifying your game cache.
